No advance payment is required at the time of booking.
Full payment for the reservation must be made upon arrival at the hotel, at the time of checking in. Once the reservation has been paid, no refunds are accepted.
The reservation will be confirmed when the accommodation has sent a confirmation and acceptance of the reservation by email to the holder of the reservation.
Check-in at the hotel: from 15:00h.
Check-out will be before 11:00h.
The room must be occupied by the number of people contracted during the booking process. If there are any changes, the hotel must be informed.
If you cancel your reservation up to 1 day before your arrival date, the hotel will not charge you any fees.
However, if you cancel your reservation after the deadline, or do not show up, the hotel will charge 100% of the first night.
Pets are not allowed.
